The "Youth Staff" is what we call our dedicated team of adult volunteers. They are the group of adults committed to serving teenagers. They love God, and they love teenagers. Everyone from college students to members of AARP can make a difference in the lives of teenagers. We have lots of parents on the Youth Staff, too.

How do I join?
Talk to Buster, Donnie, or Brooke. If there's an opening and you're still interested after talking to us, we will ask you to complete a six page application and pay $25 for your background check. If you are approved, then we'll get with you about your assignment.
How much time does it take?
A lot, usually. It depends on your role. HYG is built on relationships and teens spell "love" T-I-M-E.
Can I still serve the teens without being on Youth Staff?
Yes. You can help at Workcamp, bring food to local events, host devotionals and parties, help with Power Hour, and pray for teens.
